Indeed - the first part of the journey for most musicians is learning an instrument. Whether it be Guitar, Bass, Drums, Piano, Ukulele, DJing, Music Production or Studio Recording (feel free to choose one or more of these options!), we can happily help you out with getting the hang of these.

+ Our Fortnightly, Half-Term, Whole-Term and Semester Lesson Fee plans are competitive ($34.50 per 30-minute session inc. GST), with per/lesson discounts depending on which option you choose
+ There are Student Rewards at 10, 25, 50 and 100 Lessons, which include t-shirts, caps, hoodies, discounted lesson fees, certificates and the opportunity to write, record, produce and release a song as part of our annual student albums
+ Finally - we offer a free 1st 30-minute trial session to all new students!

We have all the available times (updated daily) on our Bookings Page. You can schedule a free 1st 30-minute trial session there, too!

Our Music Studio is located in Lyttelton Street, Spreydon. Our studio has everything needed for students to learn, write, practice, perform, produce and record music.

We currently offer a free 1st 30-minute trial sessions for all new students, so that you can decide if you want to commit to weekly lessons.
After the trial, it’s $34.50 per 30-minute session (inc. GST), with discounted p/lesson rates depending on which fee option you choose.
Lesson Fee options (for weekly 30-minute sessions, inc. GST) are as follows:
- $69 per fortnight,
- $169.50 per half-term (5 weeks),
- $339 per whole-term (10 weeks),
- or $639 per semester (2 whole-terms / 20 weeks).Please note that
- We do not currently accept weekly/per-lesson payments
- We do accept cash, bank transfers and EFTPOS payments
- Finally - as part of our student reward system, there is a 10% discount at 50 lessons and a 20% discount at 100! -
You have two options:
1) You can pay via cash or EFTPOS (in person) at the start of each lesson,
OR
2) via direct debit (SPIDERHANDS PRODUCTIONS LIMITED, 06-0942-0352165-00) before paid sessions.
If students do not pay for lessons when they're due (ie. in advance of scheduled appointments or in-person during sessions, as we don’t offer payments in arrears), they risk losing their time slots.

Please give us at least 12 hours' notice for the cancellation - otherwise, we'll still expect full payment for your missed session.
