Instrument Repairs!
Step 5: Musical Maintenance!
If we’re honest, it’s one of those things you don’t think about until it’s too late - a string breaking, a neck becoming warped and unplayable, or a drum skin shredding under the pressure of your blastbeats.
If you’re playing guitar, bass, drums and/or ukulele, you need to ensure that your instrument is:
- in-tune,
- sounding correctly,
- in good physical shape,
- and doesn’t have any indicators of potential future breakdowns.
Our big push throughout 2026 is to start offering repair services for these four instruments. While we would also like to do pianos - to be honest, the keys are just a bit too brutal for us!
Also, we’re only offering repairs to our music students, at this point in time.
But for those of you looking for a music tutor who can also help you to maintain your favorite musical toys, we are here to help.
While we have our services listed below, please Contact us if you have any questions!

You have several options:
1) You can direct deposit to our bank account:SPIDERHANDS PRODUCTIONS LIMITED
06-0942-0352165-00
This would be payable upon collection of your instrument, post-repair and no later.2) Cash payments are also fine, as we offer EFTPOS in-house as well.
-
If you change your mind about a repair, it’s not really possible to get a refund unless you can prove that the work has either not been completed as advertised, or unless we’re done something to provably make its condition worse. This is part of why we’re being careful about our scope of work - we want to ensure that we don’t over-extend.
